Position: SVP, Supply Chain

Ritual is looking for a seasoned executive to lead its supply chain through its next chapter of ambitious growth. This role will oversee the entire global supply chain, from raw material purchasing to delivery to the customer’s doorstep. This includes building long term relationships with the key suppliers and manufacturers; leading inventory planning, purchasing and management; overseeing fulfillment and shipping operations; and supporting the organization in the development of new products, channels and geographies. We are looking for a leader with experience building strong teams that can deliver exceptional quality in a high growth environment.
What You'll Do:
Establish and execute long term supply chain strategy – identify opportunities to reduce COGS, improve customer experience, ensure continuity of supply Hire and nurture best-in-class talent Create transparent performance monitoring around the end to end supply chain – cost, process efficiency and related customer experience metricsBuild and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers that are critical to Ritual’s highly transparent supply chain; ensuring adequate capacity and cost efficiency as we scaleDefine performance metrics to measure, compare, and evaluate manufacturer and supplier performance (e.g. cost, quality and on-time-delivery, including benchmarking performance to comparables)Oversee all inventory management, ensuring product availability and working capital efficiencyBuild and maintain an efficient fulfillment and shipping operation that helps customers maintain healthy habits and acts as a key differentiator for RitualDevelop and execute operational expansion into new distribution channels and new geographic markets Partner with cross-functional teams to bring new product concepts to market Who You Are:
8+ years of supply chain experience, focused in high growth, with some experience at $100mm+ scaleExperience in food, supplements, pharma, or other industry with stringent quality regulationsStrong financial acumen and naturally analytical mindset, ability to build and own models related to unit economicsCollaborative and optimistic teammate and leader, with a knack for solving tough problems and bringing out the best in those around themGritty, known for rolling up your sleeves to get it doneExperience with ERP system and experience with direct and wholesale business models preferredWhy Ritual?
