About the job

As a Medical Director, you will:

• Ensure that the medical standard of the product are in compliance with regulations and medical innovation 
• Provide medical expert advice for further product developments, as well as customer queries
• Ensure the medical supervision of the assigned clinical studies
• Participate in company-wide initiatives, medical conferences and workshops
• Collaborate with the content team to assure and maintain clinical relevance and rigor of the app and website contents
• Propose, plan and execute research projects and clinical studies
• Oversee and advise on the content strategy to ensure that the publications are relevant, original and delivered to a high standard
• Work in collaboration with the science, content and management teams as well as the scientific advisory board

What you will bring along

• Proven academic track record
• A Medical degree (MD), with a specialization in gynecology or endocrinology with at least 4 years of clinical practice
• Excellent English skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed

• Scrum-expertise
• Experience in science writing, sharing scientific knowledge and content preparation
• Professional Leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-functional, fast-paced international environment 
• German or Swedish fluency
