ABOUT THE JOB
As a Customer Success Agent, you will:
- Act as the key point of contact for our existing and potential customers, providing expertise and support on customer questions and requests
- Create delightful experiences and develop lasting relationships with customers via phone or video calls, emails, live chats, and text messages
- Collaborate with other teams to improve our customer support processes and to better understand our customer’s needs
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the company
ESSENTIAL TO HAVE
- At least one year of experience working on a customer-facing role (e.g. customer support, sales, etc.)
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Friendliness, empathy, and professionalism
- Continuous improvement and problem-solving mentality
- Love for structure, thoroughness, and clarity
- Great communication skills and eagerness to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and international team
- A positive work spirit and desire to have fun while gaining new experiences
- Fluent in English and German
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
- Fluency in other languages
- Passion for female and menstrual health subjects
