ROLE
As a Data Analyst, reporting into the Head of Product, you will define and measure the impact of our Digital Products and services as they relate to patient reported outcomes and business performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop measurement plans and own reporting for major initiatives. This includes partnering with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to identify top KPIs to track and optimize against. Ensure proper implementation of tracking and testing.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses based on goals and develop dashboards to share internally and externally, including with 3rd party partners.
- Act as a functional lead for software interaction and systems data, identifying gaps and data integrity concerns.
- Gather requirements for data projects. Define gaps for product and engineering, and guide implementation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4-6 years of working in an analytics role, of which 2 years have been in a Product analytics capacity
- Experience translating business requirements to data visualizations, helping shape data engineering requirements
- Experience with Amplitude
- Experience with data conduits like Segment
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Have experience creating dashboards in BI tools, non-specific (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Scripting language such as Python or R a nice-to-have
- Undergraduate degree required
