This role is responsible for the success of digital outreach and presence. You’re in a constant loop of developing content, evaluating consumer responses, and collaboration. You make informed, insightful, data driven decisions through customer and market insights, product and business metrics, technical capability, and internal initiatives. What you’ll be working on:

Creative Management 
Routine communication with marketing and leadership team 
Update and maintain all creative assets and manage creative team members
Research and evaluate paid social marketing and influencer marketing strategies, with an eye toward driving consumer conversion
Provide regular updates on creative efforts to align team members
Work proactively to come up with sustainable solutions
Manage the delivery of brand assets

Relationship Management
Be comfortable leading meetings, organizing and tracking marketing and creative management plans, and rallying teams 
Manage the development and operational delivery of marketing and creative projects
Execute creative assets and copyrighting from time to time yourself
Delegating creative and brand projects to others, remaining accountable for the work product management and delivery
Provide escalation management
Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams. 
Identify, prioritize, and advocate for the largest opportunities, as well as create and manage new efficiency opportunities from ideation to launch

Relevant experience and requirements

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing or related fields OR equivalent experience 
5 years of experience in marketing, creative and/or brand management and/or creative leadership experience 
Experience managing the creative process and utilizing creative tools with in-house and outsourced teams
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience leveraging social media platforms and associated marketing campaign management tools
Comfortable with Google Suite and project management tools

Nice to have:
Formal packaging design training
Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator expertise
Excellent copywriting skills
Team leadership experience

This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule. You manage your schedule however is most productive to you while meeting goals. Salary range is $70,000-$120,000, commensurate with skill and experience. We offer full benefits including medical and dental insurance and 401k.
