About the Sales Development Representative Role:
The Aunt Flow team is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-paced, fun, remote sales team!
The salary range for this role is $40k - $45k ($50k - $55k estimated OTE)

- You have prior sales, customer service, or marketing experience
- You have experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and other virtual selling tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams

- You are an excellent communicator and know how to connect with people in an authentic way

What You Will Do:
- Promote our business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective clients
- Meet or exceed the assigned quota of a minimum of 50 calls / 30 emails per day
- Book initial prospect meetings for the Sales Team
- Provide in-depth information to the Sales Team to enable the most qualified and productive meetings
- Research and evaluate additional leads / prospects through available resources, such as Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and through independent web research
- Work together with the Director of Happiness to grow a specific sales territory
- Work with the Director of Happiness to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
- Help as needed to build awareness on special projects/events
- Maintain all contacts / opportunities and recording all progress in HubSpot
