We are looking for a VP of Product Management. This role will serve as the executive leader of the product organization responsible for product management, user research, product operations, and design, and will be the champion for user-centered design and agile software development methodologies in coordination with engineering leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the development and management of near term (quarterly) and long term (multi-year) product roadmaps, as well as their underlying strategies and business cases for the Ovia Health product portfolio, including but not limited to: mobile apps for women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, parental well being, clinical pathways and virtual health services for health plan sponsored programs, B2B reporting tools, client implementations, and partner integrations, among others
• Scale a high-performing product organization (product management, operations, user research and design) that meets the evolving needs of the company
• Ensure each team has the vision and resources they need to meet their goals, while fostering a data-driven, user-centered, and results-oriented culture
• Deeply understand and empathize with people and families, and understand the problems they face across multiple life stages and their unique reproductive journeys. Reinforce a company-wide culture of gratitude and respect towards the community of families we serve
• Deeply understand and empathize with the range of organizations we serve (brands, agencies, health plans, employers, brokers, platform partners, government, medicaid); identify and recruit subject matter experts for each audience and client segment
• Oversee technical product development while developing a highly collaborative relationship with Engineering to minimize waste and accelerate the delivery of innovative features
• Oversee the gathering of market feedback for continuous product improvement efforts, including but not limited to app audience research and feedback, client interviews, and partner collaboration
• Formalize the product road-mapping process and oversee the product management budget to ensure a high return-on-investment for all product investments. Evaluate customization requests for the opportunity to scale and optimize the investment across our book of business
• Measure effectiveness of teams through definition of operational metrics with clear visibility
• Enhance teams’ effectiveness and efficiency through new tools and technology. Foster a culture of product documentation, process improvement, and solution scalability
• Collaborate with Leadership, Marketing, and Sales to develop customer/prospect centered features and deliverables for revenue growth and retention
• Establish a client and partner facing presence with subject matter expertise in digital health product development

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• You have a passion for family health and transforming healthcare with digital platforms and technology
• You deeply understand our members, our clients and the digital benefits space; you know the buyer profile inside and out and understand their pain points.
• You have a breadth of experience leading the vision, design, and execution of a digital platform in an Agile environment.
• You are an exceptional communicator and are comfortable with both internal and external audiences. You can paint a picture of your vision to prospects, while being comfortable talking about details.
• You are skilled at developing a product that makes an increasingly large impact in women's and family health, and are excited to partner with leadership and business leads to explore commercial opportunities.
• You understand the importance of leading people and developing a high-functioning and psychologically safe team.
• You thrive in fast paced environments, embracing and leading through change and ambiguity. You have a flexible and creative mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles with a positive outlook.
• You understand the importance of a strong product culture, and have experience advocating for strong Product Development and UX/UI Design values and processes throughout an organization.
• Cross collaboration is important to your success, and you have a track record of successful collaboration with engineering and technical teams, as well as product marketing, marketing, sales and client success teams.
