We are looking for a stellar Marketing Manager who can lead the day-to-day marketing initiatives across the company through a mix of growth, product and performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities And Duties

Strategy & Reporting

  • Conducting market research and aligning the company’s marketing strategy with prevailing customer trends.
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to build overall marketing strategy.
  • Managing weekly and monthly demand insights and business reporting such as funnel health metrics, revenue growth and CAC.
  • Managing weekly and monthly reporting of regional teams activities, performance and business growth.
  • Building strategy and guidelines for individual marketing functions.

Marketing Communications

  • Translating our brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Leading marketing campaign planning, strategy and implementation. Working closely with the content creation team on execution.
  • Leading and reviewing monthly communications performance, providing detailed creative and media effectiveness reports.
  • Support and execute marketing strategy for product launches and ongoing marketing operations, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, advertising), events, partnerships, customer experience, and sales channels.

Team Management and Building Processes

  • Establishing team-level quarterly OKRs, providing regular training, guidelines, report templates and building best practice framework
  • Conducting regular meetings with direct reports for individual development and mentoring.

Budgeting

  • Defining, optimising and monitoring budget objectives. Reporting on weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing budgets performance across all channels. Ensuring budgets and CAC do not exceed targets.

Community

  • Driving community engagement such as community events, ambassador programs and activities to increase sales and retention.
  • Support marketing associates on community initiatives such as loyalty programs, merchandise and giveaways.

PR, Brand & Partnerships

  • Working closely with PR agency to plan media pitch and media activities.
  • Briefing PR agency on new product development, investment relations, expansion plans, etc.

Digital Marketing & Content Marketing

  • Supporting content marketing associates to develop best in class campaigns.
  • Leading continuous improvement across all touchpoints and refining guidelines on best practices.
  • Managing content calendar (brainstorming and organizing ideas for Instagram posts & stories, TikTok, Facebook posts, Linkedin posts, Twitter posts, blog posts, IGTV, Youtube, email marketing, etc).

Paid Media

  • Accelerate the production, launch and testing of performance-driven creative advertising by developing strong cross-functional relationships with our design team, growth team, regional marketing leads, and agency partners.
  • Analysing and measuring campaigns and paid advertising performance through marketing metrics and KPIs. Reporting on results to growth leads.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 - 7 years in a marketing role at a DTC company or high-growth B2C startup, that caters to younger audiences and has a strong social media presence. Experienced in developing marketing strategies, managing in-house teams and external service providers, and tracking, analysing and working with KPIs.
  • Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
  • Experience managing and overseeing creative production (including digital, social, video, print, OOH, etc.) with comfort providing strategic feedback
  • Results driven with an ability to execute independently
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly. Familiar with Google Drive, Excel, SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics.
  • Creative mindset and direction.
  • Experience working with Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
